I have experimented a lot regarding sleep patterns and sleeping techniques. I have been “sleep-hacking” using the polyphasic sleep method, to optimize my time with as little sleep as possible. I have also tried sleeping as much as possible for 6 months, to recover after a stressful period with too much work.
I am also fortunate to be married to a wonderful woman (9 years now), who has had trouble falling a sleep, and has volunteered to be my human guinea pig 🙂
